NO, not at all. You are free to go anywhere, stress is on us. Even to let us in, you don't need to be there. Just keep the door open or leave the keys somewhere like, in the letterbox or under the door mate. Our team will finish the job and leave the keys at the same place they got it.

There is one famous saying in cleaning industry, "There is always something to clean". We cannot make something like new again but do our best to make it sparkling. Still, if you are not happy then we will send our team again for free to rectify any issues you got.

Usually we don't contact your property manager or landlord, but if you require then just advise us at time of booking. However, for any re-clean issue, after you returned the keys, we are happy to contact them to fix any issue they got without prior notice.

YES, happily we do. After we finished the job, you will have 7 calendar days to contact with us with any issues to get a free revisit by our team. If it is more than 7 days then we will charge extra to retouch anything for you.
