of Lease cleaning Service Inclusion

A general End of Lease Cleaning requires the property to be empty. If there are items in the cupboards, on the floors etc. – we will clean around them or we may charge extra to remove them before cleaning. We will not be responsible for the moving of items, in order for the space to be cleaned.

To provide the following service we charge extra in our End of Lease cleaning services:

Windows inside: We really can’t predict how big the windows are or how many panes are there without visiting the property; so, we put it in our extra services.

Windows outside: We really can’t predict how big the windows are, how many panes are there, how high the windows are or how dirty those are without visiting the property; so, we put it in our extra services.

Carpet cleaning: We kept this service in extra since it requires special equipment, knowledge and experience to do the job. Everyone can’t do it properly and all house doesn’t have carpets so can’t charge in general.

Walls wiping: Some people may think it should be included in general list but we know this can be the hardest part of the job if it is bad. We usually do some spot cleaning without any extra charge but if our team says its bad then we require extra money for this

Oven: We usually wipe inside and out of the oven for free but if it requires a deep clean then we charge extra since it requires costly chemicals and expertise to clean it properly.

Blinds: There different types of blinds and some seem like very easy to clean but those can take so much time that you can’t even imagine

Balcony: We charge extra for balcony since it always requires extra time and effort; most importantly everyone doesn’t have a balcony so can’t charge in general.

Garage: All properties do not have a garage or car shed. So, we can’t charge everyone to clean the garage and kept it as an extra service for a fair price.

Microwave oven: This is an extra item that some tenant gets it from the landlord. Since it’s not common to everyone so we charge extra to clean it if required.

Fridge: This is an extra item that some tenant gets it from the landlord. Since it’s not common to everyone so we charge extra to clean it if required.

Air-condition: This is an extra item that some tenant gets it from the landlord. Since it’s not common to everyone so we charge extra to clean it if required.

BBQ cooker: This is an extra item that some tenant gets it from the landlord. Since it’s not common to everyone so we charge extra to clean it if required.

Things we don't do as standard in End of Lease Cleaning

  • Lifting heavy items and furniture
  • Areas not accessible - such as ceilings
  • Cleaning inside appliances
  • Light fittings – chances of damage
  • Fabric blinds or curtains

End of Lease Cleaning - Bond Back Guarantee

  • Our guarantee means that we will return free of charge to rectify any issues the agent has with our cleaning provided they are on our standard checklist.
  • To claim this guarantee you need to email us within 72 hours (not including weekends or public holidays) with the exit report and the agents details. This will only be accepted in writing by email.
  • No exceptions to the 72 hour condition unless discussed with us by email (in writing) before the clean has taken place.
  • In case of any complaints regarding cleaning, customer has to provide a notice of at least 72 hours to fix the cleaning complaint.
  • In the case of any cleaning complaint, we require either the customer him/herself or the property manager to check the work while our cleaners are still present on the property in order to make sure complaint has been fixed to their standard.
